I was able to assemble it without the help of my husband. It’s comfortable, I use it for working from home now that he does not use it much. The pads are adjustable which helps with back support.

But now I'm realizing it: This chair wants to make me healthy! Lumbar cushions, neck cushions... Things you don't find on a normal office chair! Comfortable, supportive... unusual! My body has always been more "hunchback at the top, hollow back at the bottom"! Now the chair is trying to correct both!
