Love the back and neck supports. And they can be removed easily if you don’t want to use them or want to move them around. I use it for my office job and it works great for that. Highly recommend.

I recently bought a Master chair for my desk, after my partner highly recommended it. I’d been using a dinner chair as my desk chair for over a year, which caused me some back pain. The Master chair has been incredible so far! The back support is amazing, and I love how easy it is to adjust the settings to change my posture throughout the day. I’m really hopeful it’ll help undo the damage from my old chair. Overall, I’m so happy with both the product and the fantastic customer service!
