A+ customer service is what gives me a lot of confidence that I made the right decision in choosing this chair. 100% recommended based on the chair's quality and customer support!Overall, the chair is very ergonomic, supportive in the right places, and highly customizable.

I just finished putting it together; it probably took me half an hour or so. I like the firmness and support of the chair itself (which I'm sitting in as I type this), a significant improvement over my old office chair.

Overall, I'm very happy with it. It's roomy enough for me, but the neck and back support are not ideally positioned, at least for my height.
