Have had this chair for over a month. It is fantastic. Cushion is firm but is cushioned enough that it is comfortable. I sit at my computer for 12+ hours accumulatively through the day. Sometimes for several hours at a time depending on work and games I'm playing at the time. No complaints. They took roughly 30 minutes to assemble.
