Like the chair. Had a problem with the mechanism that locks the chair in different positions. Contacted customer service and it was very promptly replaced.

I took a chance and tried this thing and I will now only use a racing gaming chair for work. I really like it and it wasn't so expensive look rival companies.

Some people may think the armrests are too short, but for me, the highest height is more than enough for me to play games. The lumbar cushion strikes a balance between softness and firmness, and it remains fixed in position even when you change your posture.
